Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 04/14/2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Monrq, operating under Xzailious Group LLC, collects, uses, and protects your information.

Monrq is built as a discovery and coordination engine. Our core philosophy is to collect only the absolute minimum amount of data required to power your experience.

1. The Collection Engine (What We Gather)

We only collect the information necessary to facilitate your access to the platform and save your coordination preferences.

  • Account Information: We utilize secure, passwordless authentication ("Magic Links"). We collect your email address solely to verify your identity and maintain your account continuity.
  • Platform Preferences: We securely store your saved itineraries, locations, and travel coordination preferences within your private workspace.
  • Operational Data: We collect basic, anonymized diagnostic data (such as browser type and interaction patterns) to optimize platform performance and ensure our interfaces operate flawlessly.

2. The Passthrough Flow (How We Use & Share It)

Monrq is a coordination passthrough, not a financial institution or a direct travel agency.

  • Zero Transaction Liability: We do not process, collect, or store payment information (credit cards), passport details, or direct booking data.
  • Trusted Third-Party Handoff: When you are ready to finalize a travel decision or booking, Monrq securely provides a direct referral link to our trusted third-party partners (e.g., Expedia Group). You will complete your transaction entirely within their secure environment, subject to their respective privacy policies.
  • No Data Brokering: We do not, and will never, sell your personal data to third-party advertising networks or data brokers. Your data is used exclusively to power your Monrq experience.

3. The California Armor (Your Privacy Rights)

Monrq extends the highest standard of data protection to all users, adhering strictly to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Regardless of your state of residence, you maintain the following sovereign digital rights:

  • The Right to Know: You may request a complete disclosure of the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • The Right to Delete: You may request the permanent deletion of your personal footprint from our active servers.
  • The Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to direct us not to share your personal information.

4. The Vault (Security & Retention)

Your digital property is protected by industry-standard encryption, both in transit and at rest. We maintain strict access controls to our database architecture. We retain your minimal account data only for as long as your Monrq workspace remains active.

5. The Control Center (Exercising Your Rights)

You maintain complete agency over your data. To request an export of your platform data, initiate an account deletion, or ask any questions regarding this policy, please email our intelligence team directly at: privacy@monrq.com.

All data requests will be processed securely and transparently within the legally required 45-day window.
